Pay for the room and two girls.
This means you pay the standard price for the first girl which includes the shops cut and then a reduced price for the second girl (since the room has already been paid for).
So if an hour was $200 then $300 would get you 2 girls for the hour (assuming the girl gets half)!

If you started it and advertised the fact, I am sure you would benefit by more business!
If you were worried about not having enough girls because they were doing doubles, then maybe just offer it as a special during quieter times i.e. in the morning.
