Issue must have been with the council. Last few months they have been closing at 6pm. With the move at least everything is above board to operate until 8pm.

While we’re in the neighbourhood, in case you missed it, C-Healing on Clarke St changed owner and underwent a reno a month ago. Both the rooms and the roster are much improved.
$60 for NHJ on a 30min booking on my couple visits, though I've heard that gets higher if you book in longer

Same premises. The building address is 79-81 Willoughby Road, with rear access via Zig Zag Lane. Sunflower and Diamond will continue operating as separate businesses, with their own staff and management. Sunflower will focus on daytime trading, while Diamond will operate mainly at night

Sounds like best of both worlds. Unfortunately I can't be bothered crossing the bridge but might be tempted depending on the roster
Think the roster will be same as Sunflower with a lot of girls also at 48.
