Last couple of days my back, lower back and back waist all started to tighten up !!
It's a all too familiar sign which may lead to one of those back pain moments that I can't stand up and can't move ! It's not funny, it happens about once a year and I think it did around this time last year too!
I know what to expect so I have been extreme caution and start wearing that supportive waist band to protect myself !
I need a decent massage, no if or but, got to see the best :
