A snap decision to go punting one afternoon provided me the usual "walk in" scenario but on this occasion I was greeted by one of my fav pretty smiling MLs!! So far so good... Massage just got started in the usual way, just starting to get relaxed and then comes a knock on the door my ML was then ushered away by another ML, could hear a customer in the reception area getting upset about something and was just going on and on... ML comes back into the room after a few mins of heated discussion and explains that this particular customer had a booking with her, turns out though the appt time he booked was exactly 16mins before I arrived, she explained that they will only hold the appt open for up to 15 mins, as a result he forfeited his appt. Needless to say he stormed out and left the premises without a massage!!
BTW This did not happen at GTM1 or GTM2
