Yes Holly could have small / not so ugly one, like a said nothing very substantial.
The fact that 5 star hasn't chimed in to the direct question then probably indicates she is Holly.
Not that it really matters, it's just that if guys have already seen her before should not go to 5 star expecting a new young teen on the scene (and definitely don't expect anything close to 5 star service).
