I know several other forums that I used to be a member of (and some I administrated) that had a basic rule that you would be banned immediately if you signed up under another name.
Although you have been banned already, quite clearly you were... or at least a member of his inbred family that he convinced to sign up to back him up.
Clearly this goose has graduated to making multiple logins as he expects to be banned.
It's also why he keeps posting/bouncing threads about "news" reports of shops in his area. Trying to nobble the competition, I suspect.
He should be promoted to ban on sight status.
No reasonable person gets banned so many times unless they have a specific agenda or it is THEIR JOB to do so. Why he is being employed to do this I don't know. But his actions are very obvious once you know what to look for. He never changes his posting style as it is so identifiable which reinforces that it is merely a job for him.
He attacks existing users with insults. He trolls with political posts to try and build a psychological profile of its users. Its why he keeps posting in the political thread. Never properly responds to any posts with facts and never adds to discussion. Only rhetoric. Posts absurd stuff to discourage new users from joining by trying to give the impression that this forum is whack. He will purposely write stuff to waste peoples time so discussion can be pulled away from useful or fun discussions.
End result. He will never behave as it is his job to be disruptive.

I think apart from banning these trolls, Admin should close or delete the threads started by them otherwise once they registered, all these old threads got popped up again and again !

Proximo had nothing whatsoever to do with SG, CP, CM, HRG, RLR or any others on the table.

you were immediately judged and summarily banned.
