There are a couple of Thai bars like C-Bar. They have bands there on Thursday through to Saturday. Plenty there.

Also Mr B's on Liverpool street for nightclub style. Plenty there late at night!!! You should have some luck at Mr B's. It's popular and Thai girls love western guys.
