I'm just gonna chip in my two cents here. Although we call it a tip, it really isn't. We know too well the pricing structure, $20 for a hj, $50 for nude, anything more is up to the negotiations. When you pay $50 you won't be expecting just a hj wouldn't you? If yes then yeah, the tip thing is a discretionary one, where you can even pay $20 and get a nude. But that's not how it works, the pricing structure is there, and we call it a tip just so it wouldn't sound so crass.

In this case, let's say you pay $50 for a 2 hat gourmet burger, but you were served maccas, would you ask for your money back? Would anyone?

I think us as consumers, and customers should exercise our spending right.
