The fact that it may not be quite to the same standard as some (most) other establishments, makes it a bit of a "novelty".

I think I might have accidentally visited 12 Bellevue may be 15-20 years ago. That was before the age of Internet and punting forum, pretty sure Wentworth Courier was my guide back then.
