When a woman gives birth there are all sorts of hormonal changes down there to facilitate it.
When a women has sex, and gets proper foreplay, there are also changes to facilitate it, she gets "wet". Aussie men have a reputation of just "barging in" before the girl is ready, so it is quite possible that it will hurt, esp if she hasn't had a lot of experience.
