Just leave your phone in the car
Or you can use a protective sleeve / pouch to block the signal, they’re cheap on eBay
Switch location services off as already mentioned - this has worked for me for many years - still makes me nervous tho - so easy to forget or make a mistake. And makes you look like your hiding too
I’d be super careful with apps that relocate or freeze your location , there may be work arounds or updates to the tracking apps and presto your done !
