For sure, everyone makes mistakes. As long as it's genuine and they are sincere in their apology I think everyone should just let it go. Heck I let a shop screwed up my booking more three times before and didn't really bother cuz they seem sincere. After that I decide to go to another shop cuz it's just incompetence and became annoying as shit.

Dun know what really set off OP, he seems to be a genuine forum contributor.maybe they have previous history. Anyway best for him to cool down first
