I didn't know Rockdale isn't part of your shops anymore. I've never had any booking issues at Gladesville. I've only had one booking issue with Rockdale and that was because the girl turned up late. I didn't care because I still got the slot. What happened was she was so late that the guy after me had already turned up. And I had a 1 hour booking. So I can't remember how late it was but it must have been pretty late. The papasan offered me to choose someone else and I said I would wait, but when I found out the guy after me had a booking, I asked what would happen to his booking. The papasan said he chose someone else already. So things worked out there.

I had an issue with Marrickville when I turned up. I made a booking and turned up on time but the girl I wanted to see was already in a session with someone else. I was asked to wait 15 minutes. I said that I had to get to work, but I thought 15 minutes would be ok. Of course 15 actually became 30 minutes. I ended up being on time for work, but didn't get why I wasn't just told it would be 30 minutes so I could make a proper decision as to wait, leave, or choose someone else. You think the last thing you would want to do to a punter who you screwed up their booking was to lie to them. As if you don't know how long the previous punter is going to be.

I wasn't going to return to Marrickville after that but decided to give it another go. I came back once after that and management tried to overcharge me. I kept my cool and corrected her on the price and she apologized pretending she made a mistake. She literally said to me "$230" when she asked me to pay. But when I gave me $250 she was about to walk off without my change then when I asked about it she pretended that she thought it was $250 and gave me my change. This is when literally a few seconds ago she had told me "$230" and on top of that, no girl at Marrickville at the time was $250 an hour. The highest rate was $230 at the time.

After that I haven't returned because fuck that. My money is just as good elsewhere.

I don't know what you look like so I have no idea if this was you or not. Also I've forgotten who screwed up my booking the time before that, but it might have been the same girl.

Yes usually we politely ask the next person if he can wait, if he say no, then yes we tell the person sorry cannot extend.

We dont purposefully double book, like if we do we wouldnt even bother calling him 20 mins prior or writing down his number. An honest mistake thats all.. Not on purpose and on the opposite thats always receptions biggest nightmare

I find this all to be a totally outrageous episode of tantrum throwing. After reading this thread I can only imagine the rudeness and insults that the staff must have received at 42G. You would usually get that from some arsehole who is on his first punt at the shop, but from a regular who has had a lengthy association with the shop you would expect less drama and a little bit of compromise. You took a punt, you win some you lose some. You don't unleash your own version of entitled princess syndrome upon the staff and demand a full refund because the blowjob lasted only 2 minutes (oh the humanity!) and she didn't do doggie when you ordered her to (outrageous!).
42 has been awesome to me every time I have been there, sounds like they were being pretty generous offering $10 when most other shops would have offered 10 knuckles to the face and then some. Anyone here familiar with the term 'sookie la la'?

I don't know how relevant my 2 cents will be, but my last experience at 42 Gladesville was pretty poor also (And as they blocked me I guess I'm banned there also). Booked at 10am, for an evening session, rocked up and was met with a confused receptionist who tells me the girl I booked cancelled her shift. No apology, no notification from them. Only when I write a negative review did I get an apology and a "huge discount" offered ($20).

Management from 42 - Please stop using "huge discount" as it can be interpreted so many ways. Also your example of being happy getting $30/h to sit and drink beer or come back is a bit weird to use, as getting paid and a discount are 2 entirely different concepts and what people are happy with will end up varying person to person.
I hope you take this criticism constructively as I really have no bad blood with you, just giving you my perspective, take it or ignore it, up to you.

I do believe Lenka has contributed a lot of info to this forum so I hope you guys can come to an amicable resolution as I personally feel it'd be a shame if this forum lost a person adding so much information for us punters.

Of course mistakes happen but there is a way for the business to handle it so that the customer doesn’t get pissed off and doesn’t want to come back again.
If this is a loyal and big spending customer then a $10 discount is laughable and insulting. The manager should have thought long term and said ‘your next session is free’ and I bet the customer would have accepted and it would have stopped there. It amazes me how short sighted shops are and try to penny pinch and end up losing more business. Big spending customers are not easy to find so a smart manager will try to keep them happy and sometimes even give some back to customer to maintain good relationship.
