If you are rude AF you will find lots of staff spit into your food. If you are nice and ask politely you will get extra portion no problem, with a smile on top. And hotels, for example. After reading his post again you're right. It was so ludicrous to me that it didn't even cross my mind that a WL would extend, cancel the extension, then still keep the money. I don't know how he left the building at that point. There has to be more to this story.

It seems that he got a 1 hour extension with the girl for free (this was actually the hour that he has already paid for when she walked out the last time) the next time as well as another 20 minutes on the shop. So essentially, it was like he was prepaying for the next punt with a bonus 20 minutes extra.

Unfortunately at 42G, sometimes it can be other way around. When I visited this shop few times in the past, I was very impressed on the professionalism from the receptionist. But There was young Asian guy, (his name is Simone probably but I m not sure)he is probably a manager or owner, he was very rude and insulting I was really pissed but later took it in positive way (saved my money). Never went back to the shop. My complaint is not about the WLs but about the particular staff who is rude, insulting and arrogant and the staffs lie a lot about the availability/bookings. One time I rang the shop 10 mins before I head there and booked a girl just to be told later that she did not turn up. What a lie and what waste of time + frustration.
