That's dapoxetine, the drug that is specifically for delayed cumming. Market name is Priligy. However, a word of caution, it can work a bit too well.
It works by fucking with your brain, makes you "happy" by playing with your hormone levels. I've used it before and literally cannot cum no matter how much or long I fucked.
