Men use love for sex and woman use sex for love.
The girls who are only after sex are either straight out of a relationship or is seeing a few different guys to keep her options open before she jumps onto one of those guys as a relationship when she's ready.
Price hike from the girls is because of covid they all burnt through their savings paying for rent etc during lock down, now they need to make that money back so they decided to up their prices to recoup what was lost quicker.
