Here's 3 to start with.
Antibiotic resistant Gonorrhea.
Annoying for you but your children can be born blind.
Syphilis.
Symptoms in the primary stage come and go .
Then come the secondary and tertiary stage.
Do some research here . This will be great fun for you
Herpes.
Sure your immune system can handle this but unfortunately the virus lives forever in the dorsal root ganglia where there is no way your immune system can kill it off this little bastard and when you are run down they migrate to you olf fella.for a weeks holiday.

I am assuming you are human though and not Planet Krypton . If you are from Krypton, disregard this advice.

In case you want to dispute that article due to its origin (China), it was published a year after finding out that Gonorrhoea cases in China mainland is highly resistant to antibiotics recommended by the WHO:

Yeah it was great fun researching dated scare claims made by the WHO back in the 90s. And guess what? Someone found a cure for HIV through stem cell transplantation:

Most of the articles I found about HSV-2 living in the spine and reactivating is caused by extreme physical stress. One patient was a smoker and recreational marijuana user for 27 years, although he quit just before he had his accident, his immune system hasn't recovered from 27 years of nicotine dampening his system.

Anyways, being the "medical philanthropist" you are, have you also heard that our human genome is comprised mostly of thousands of years of RNA from viruses? It's a library for our immune system to detect if something foreign has actually invaded our system. What makes some people more susceptible to certain viruses compared to others is basically a sluggish immune system or an autoimmune response. COVID-19 was also known to trigger autoimmune responses on people whose system doesn't generate enough anti-inflammatory agents such as butyrate.

Butyrate is synthesized from within our guts, and is the primary substance that powers and repairs our cells. Many people with weak immune systems don't generate enough butyrate, leaving them open to all kinds of infections.

That's why I said I would wait weeks before I see another WL after BBFS. If you compare a person who never got infected by the Delta strain of COVID vs those who already had and survived, those who were previously infected are much more resistant to future strains of COVID. Therefore my resistance to antibiotic-resistant Gonorrhoea or Herpes is much better compared to the rest who are experiencing pains and discharge on their genitals just after one single BBFS session.

If you want to bring the argument even further, how would you know your faithful wife or girlfriend you're BBing with doesn't have herpes living in their spinal cords that will one day infect you? And if you do find out they have it, what's next? Divorce? The Family courts will have a laugh listening to your reasoning.
