After or during?? Feels the same to me - it really shores up your erection, makes it very reliable and quick. I could easily get a bit soft while doing DATY - not sure why, I love it, but viagra stops that.... 100mg is a fairly high dose - makes me a bit nauseous sometimes, but worth it....
