report them. did you know you can go into a police station and tell them you want to file an anonymous report about a shop being a brothel ? they will fill in the form but just not put your details on there. but you cannot do an anonymous report by sending in emails and accusations. they don't take those seriously, but if you show up as a real person with a real face but don't want your name in the report, they will respect that.
