Funny you should say that. When AIDS first appeared in the early 80s African health officials recommended cleaning pussies with lemon juice. Acid instead of alkaline, but doing the same thing: changing the ph balance so virus-carrying bugs won’t survive. Don’t know how effective it was. But I remember mentioning it to a massage girl, prominently featured on this forum a few years back.
