3) don't talk about what your staff offer, leave that to them. You can provide them with guidance, but don't make it public.
4) remember that your number one asset is happy staff that provide a good service. Make sure you keep them happy. Once you get a poor reputation with your staff, you will find it more difficult to attract new staff. The girls want to earn, but they also want to be happy.
5) remember that your customers will come back if they have a good time with the girl they choose. For some $ are an issue, but many will pay if they know they will have a good time. As with all things, price is a factor, but it is often not the main determinant of purchase.
6) accept some customers won't like what your shop offers; that's life. You can't please everyone. What you want is the silent majority who keep turning up and spending their cash.
