Every new girl joining in September, such as Mia, Angel, Lucky, and Dana, has gone through a very strict interview process, considering factors like appearance, age, menu, and experience.

I'm currently planning to open two more branches. If you have any recommendations for good locations, please message me privately or contact our store's WeChat at T5massage.

Customers on Aus99 who can provide us with valuable feedback will be offered a free massage.

What do you consider a minor issue?

You say new girls only charge 4 Pines when they all charge minimum of 5 in the room, most asking for 6 which is the high end of the market. Some may be worth it most not.
Even the older staff have raised their rate as it seems acceptable here.

Agree with another poster when did we accept 6 pines as the standard when others are 4 Pines with 6 pines for a higher tier service.

Look, I appreciate the professionalism you are attempting, much needed in brisbane, but go all the way or forget it.

You cant advertise as a brothel on e&b and have girls that dont do sex.
You cant advertise girls doing fs, like your locanto ad, without having prices.
You cannot have the best worlds of both massage shop and brothel.

You may get all the good girls now, but mistakes matter in this business.

Far too many shops in brisbane are fronts for washing gangster money, tax dodging and a total lack of professionalism.

You do a weekly roster and say monthly? Brilliant.
You have high standards for the girls. Good.

There are plenty of shit massage shops with wonderful facilities you can take over, but you need to have a manager who keeps the girls AND customers in line.
Too many wannabe rapists and cheapskates on our side of the fence.
Girls need to feel safe and that you have their back, but they need to perform like circus animals for the money they want.
Girls can charge what they want eg gold, diamond service etc, but you have to be aware. If you promise fs for $250 and the girls ask $300 you look like an idiot

Under quoting to get people in the door, then prices go up, great way to make money for a short time, but ruin a business reputation and crash and burn in the long run.... must be chinese or indians running it.

His obviously new to the game, thinks his smart cause it's paying off today the place is full, but he doesn't realize, all his getting is a ton of 1 time customers, then when his exhausted this forum with glowing reviews and everyone has gone back to their regulars, the place will be a ghost town in a month or two.

I now won't even bother going there again knowing people are being scammed.

Exactly, had a session with rank no5 (some one did review with ranking) usual 3 pine option she asked 4 pines. Even time got cut strategically.
I went there after 9 moths. Can't even see it's getting even closer to previous standards.

    Advice
    1) accept you are running a massage shop not a brothel.
    2) accept that your staff have choices as to what they offer, when they offer it and to whom.
    3) don't talk about what your staff offer, leave that to them. You can provide them with guidance, but don't make it public.
    4) remember that your number one asset is happy staff that provide a good service. Make sure you keep them happy. Once you get a poor reputation with your staff, you will find it more difficult to attract new staff. The girls want to earn, but they also want to be happy.
    5) remember that your customers will come back if they have a good time with the girl they choose. For some $ are an issue, but many will pay if they know they will have a good time. As with all things, price is a factor, but it is often not the main determinant of purchase.
    6) accept some customers won't like what your shop offers; that's life. You can't please everyone. What you want is the silent majority who keep turning up and spending their cash.

    Anyway, it's up to you.

You have two ears and one mouth.
Youth is wasted on the young
    Not that 38 is young.

Mr Ward is the target age range of customers for this shop. The so called experienced owner would do well to at least listen.
Its his business and he can fuck it up anyway he likes.
He has made more mistakes in his first few weeks than other shops make in years, but I admire the ambition. Much needed.

For the record. 63 was the number of the house where I grew up. While older than you, I am firmly in the gen X category. Your responses are replete with assumptions which show that you really are a stupid boy.

I doubt it, with the video you posted you definitely were born in 63 - the humour is that bad. Call me stupid all you want to cope but at the end the day your take and unsolicited advice on what the owner does and should do is representative of your age and the video I posted.

You seem fixated on my advice being unsolicited. The owner, see above, made the following request of us...Customers on Aus99 who can provide us with valuable feedback will be offered a free massage.

Need I say me, you stupid boy.

Feedback on the girls' service and customer service, not "please give me advice on how to run the shop". You really thought he/she is going to give you a free massage for telling him/her how to run the shop? Illiterate and illogical boomer calling others stupid when looking stupid themselves.

I'm trying to encourage the owner because they have done more than any other massage shop/brothel owner or even a private escort has in Brisbane, besides maybe Holly from TikTok, in communicating and focusing on what the customer wants. You want to talk about massage shops surviving? The ones that don't communicate to us have been failures mostly in Brisbane compared to other states. I really respect this new owner for doing what they are doing. Your bad take and unsolicited advice is an obstacle in discouraging that communication from them, I view it as actually toxic towards us to have a better scene in Brisbane.

I could deconstruct your offering and point out the obvious assumptions, poorly constructed arguments, contradictions and just plain silliness, but it would be wasted as you clearly do not have the wit to understand that the advice being offered by a customer might actually assist the owner in achieving a great business and offering us customers an outstanding service. It is advice, it is not a direction and the owner can choose to do with it what he will. But you clearly are an extremely silly silly boy.

No Idea whose wife that is 😂 but Mia is a slim pretty girl with lots of energy. Very willing to please.

So far my strike rate is good. Not one bad punt here so far

You won't deconstruct it because you can't without looking like a fool. You're trying to end the argument by having the last word saying some statements with no basis or logic behind it and then calling the person stupid.

Let's google the definition of of the word "feedback" shall we? The definition is "information about reactions to a product, a person's performance of a task, etc. which is used as a basis for improvement." You gave unsolicited boomer and white knight advice, not a reaction to what you have received from the shop since he/she became the owner. It was advice based on your ASSUMPTIONS that the owner isn't or may not treat the girls with respect, that the owner hasn't had experience running a massage shop or recruiting MLs. That doesn't go under the definition of feedback (advice based on assumptions are not "feedback" from its proper definition). Feedback would be based on customer service, what you noticed on the premises after a visit, girl's services you received, atmosphere of your visit etc I think you get the picture.

Cliche and lazy way to respond - call the person a troll if it makes you feel better to cope with an opposing view instead of arguing the points that are actually brought up. Also why does my join date matter, would the situation be less "trollish" if the my account was created on 31/08/2024? The logic of boomers and their supporters lol
