Doubt she'd be fired. She's young, and still very popular, and only does short shifts. I have no doubt she is booked out for all her shifts.
There are some customers where service levels don't matter at all to them, only looks, and judging by ARs of her, she at least fits the looks and youth department.

Ginza definitely take feedback from customers pretty seriously, and pass it on to the girls, but the pricing and and service levels they provide is really up to the girls.
One example would be Mugi, who by all accounts is super young, is pretty, and has an awesome body, but just doesn't provide good service.
Punters here have witnessed her being given direct feedback, but apparently her service levels still haven't improved even though she's been here over a year.
That's reflected in her pricing. If she did provide the service, then her rates would go up. But she chooses not to, and that's her choice. She's still there, and apparently brings in enough customers that Ginza still keeps her on roster.

From the other ARs it looks like Lulu is only here for a year, and does this on the side (based on how often I see her on the roster, at best twice a week, but averaging once a week) as she has other things going on.
She's likely booked out for all her shifts, so her incentive to raise her service levels is not as high as it is for others.
But in the end, it's her choice as to what she does, as it is for customers.

For myself, I'm curious as to how pretty she is (and her listed body type is my personal preference), but I do also prefer a moderate level of service, and her rate is a bit too high for me to take a chance on.

FWIW i think Partyallnight has seen Lulu JxK Anna Leu Lilika and J Asahi? -- maybe he can chip in too in terms of ranking them by looks.

I would also be interested to see how others rank her looks.

If they disrecommended Lulu to me, then that tells me that she is missing that special something in her services - which I think your elaborations spell out.
Not that I wouldn't enjoy my time with her, or make the most of it, but a 7 from me sounds about right (average punt, nothing wrong, but nothing wow or special). And as I mentioned, not something I'd be willing to try at her rate.

Yeah, one of the other reasons I didn't book her was that her times tend to be 10:30am - 6pm weekdays, which doesn't really work for me.
My guess is her customers could be on the older side who would have more free time, and also wouldn't really be found on this forum.

Or could be just people gatekeeping her. Does seem to be some ladies at some shops who everyone seems to know, but no real ARs exist for them.

shes not a morning person and one time almost slept in for her 12pm start .... LOL

she usually starts around 3 - 4pm and works 4-6hrs only cos stamina is not her strong point so she chose to do less to maintain service and energy otherwise she'll burn out

occasionally she may start earlier but thats rare and depends on her other commitments -- yea some girls have little to no reviews but if u ask for recommendations they will mention her name and be like super good service or very good looking...

I managed to get a booking with Lulu one of the few days she's been rostered. And I can understand all the varied feedback and YMMV on her.

I actually had a good session, maybe as I managed my expectations for an average punt after reading some of the comments above. But she was very friendly when she opened the door, her face and eyes lit up into a most beautiful smile saying she was so happy I booked her. Very happy with her visuals. Quick hug and shower. Her English is quite decent to make conversation.

I understand why some say she's super pretty and others disagree. If you expect to see a model or the most glamourous/sexy babe, it's not her, but if you think of a GND, then she's the prettiest GND you'll see. Regarding her body, my ironing board has more curves than her, so it suits some that loves a small frame but not for the bros looking for curves. I think her body suits her style well.

Service-wise, no complaint she does all services listed and you can sense some experience / working as a hostess in Japan. But:
- her BBBJ skills are pretty weak, it didn't do much for me when I'm a sucker for good BBBJ (Indo Sandra please come baaack), so we moved on
- more LFK than DFK. She pokes her tongue occasionally but not a full GFE experience
- you need to tell / guide her on pretty much everything you want to do. She won't read you or lead.
