I messaged this shop on Friday evening for a booking on Monday with Mina to which they replied okay. Showed up Monday and turns out I had been double booked. Mina was very apologetic and said she would message her manager but there wasn't much she could do in the moment so she gave me a hug and sent me on my way. I messaged the shop seeking some sort of compensation for my 50min drive and received radio silience in return. Definitely won't be returning which is a shame as the ladies are lovely and I was planning to visit regularly.
