So i have not been back to this place since seeing Natalia which as described above was my worst punt in history. Anyways i reported my issues to the manager whom apologized and offered me a free booking to compensate me and also promised to retrain Natalia. Anyways i decided to go see another girl there the other day and made a booking, then in the text message i confirmed it was for my free booking. I was immediately phoned back and informed the owner/manager wasn't there nor returning her phone calls so i was informed that she would have to cancel my booking. I then said u can see that he offered me this from our text messages that you obviously have Infront of you and she agreed she could see this but still couldn't take the booking. I was told that he would call me back to work it out when he got to work in which days later i have still not received the call back. I have also seen him offer the same to others above when there has been issues and am wondering if anyone has actually received these or if he just says this to appease us at the time? Also if Natalia has actually been retrained at all? Because from what i can tell from above she is very regularly badly reviewed and still seems to be working there and not all reviews can be the same person making the bad reviews because mine wasn't and very similar circumstances. I think this place is going down hill fast
