Well said. Money could also be invested in the intangible stuff too, like education, 1:1 mentorship, etc. Even a 1hr punt per week at Ginza/No5 is 15k, not exactly a small expenditure but it's all relative I guess. For myself once a fortnight is the sweet spot.
