Something is definitely being done. She ran EXACTLY the same scam on multiple people which constitutes 'obtaining financial advantage by deception' - a charge that carries a prison sentence of up to 10 years.
We are collating evidence and mine at the very least is stellar.

At this point, it's not about the money but principle now.
