I'm interested as well, as I have screenshots of the messages asking to borrow money. I then ask for it back and she will always have an excuse.

Something is definitely being done. She ran EXACTLY the same scam on multiple people which constitutes 'obtaining financial advantage by deception' - a charge that carries a prison sentence of up to 10 years.
We are collating evidence and mine at the very least is stellar.

At this point, it's not about the money but principle now.

Honestly mate, are you really gonna take a whore to court? Lol

Sure you'll drag her name through the mud and probably even get her on the daily mail or news for all to see but you gonna expose yourself as a laughing stock as well.

Just do yourself a favour and let it go and never hand money over to a whore again unless she's guaranteed to spread her legs then and there.

Not true. As victims, we will all be able to apply for anonymity in cases like this where emotional manipulation was involved.

Like I said, this isn't about money for us anymore. I'm old and don't give a crap even without anonymity. Others that she hurt also feel the same way.
She pulled the exact same script on everyone involved. Basically a romance scam to take advantage of everyone with her fake persona.

It's fully clear now with all the evidence that this person set out to purposely scam us and it was all pre-meditated.

This may be funny to you but people have literally have their lives destroyed because of her and are now in therapy while some are still trauma bonded to her so she needs to be brought to justice and you should just shut the fuck up.

"trauma bonded" so you're all beaten wives now?

"Basically a romance scam to take advantage of everyone with her fake persona." - you just described a huge chunk of gfs and wives and this precedent would open to door to locking up half the women in Sydney. It's not that we find it funny, it's that the Judge will laugh you out of the court where real victims of real crimes are waiting for justice. Maybe harsh but it wasn't an investment scam, it was voluntary loans/gifts not made under duress.

Children in high school would know never to do this, it's just embarrassing all round. Most of these WL and ML wouldn't give a toss if we were cut in half by a train tomorrow. They are professional cash extraction machines who learn manipulation from a very young age and the whole moral of this story is to be always on guard against a gender whose emotional intelligence is far superior to our own.

Funny, my lawyer who’s been practicing law for over 30 years doesn’t agree with you. But hey, I'm sure your vast legal expertise from Aus99 University carries just as much weight in court.

I do agree with you that this whore doesn’t give a toss about anyone she’s hurt. But just because she’s been tossing her pussy around like a business card doesn’t mean she can run a full-blown romance scam and walk away like nothing happened.

She didn’t just “date a few guys” and ghost them - she emotionally manipulated multiple people to gain money, gifts, and control. That’s not a bad breakup, that’s criminal deception.
No different than Nigerian romance scammers preying on pensioners.

"full blown romance scam" - that's the problem it's all one big grey area.

So if she coerced you into an investment scam it's black and white. She got you to invest in a gold mine, turns out there was no mine and you lost you cash. Case closed.

However in a romance scam she can claim so many things where it's just your word against hers...

Maybe she'll say she had feelings for the men, maybe she'll claim mental health issues, bi polar personality, emotionally unstable. Perhaps she says she felt like she was being used for sex and the guys didn't really return her feelings and therefore ghosted them. Don't forget she can really lean into the culture differences and language barrier to make everything seem like a misunderstanding.

The list of potential excuses and shades of grey area are endless here. But do what thou wilt.

We'll let her lawyer come up her defense and she better get a good one. Once its a police matter, its up to the prosecutor and out of our hands anyway.

Once she gets taken through the criminal justice system, then comes the civil court system. We've got enough evidence and documentation to win that with certainty.

Lol look what I came across -
Brother begs court to free Thai sugar baby https://share.google/qqF3kwxN7kzJSD7bw

"The court heard Ms Chimmalee is currently in jail after being convicted in December 2022 for “romance fraud matters” in which she scammed two individuals out of more than $9 million after becoming their “sugar baby”."

"The court heard how Ms Chimmalee had allegedly attempted to defraud fellow inmates and had “ensnared” a man who had been speaking to her via the telephone."

Reminds me of what all the brothers here are experiencing. Look at the text messages in the article lol., cant believe people actually fall for this shit And she still scamming people while in jail.
So looks like OP can possibly take it further if he wanted to lol

Honestly, this whole situation has really got to me. Haven't been able to stop thinking about it.
I wish it all weren't true but as more and more people reach out to me and things coming to light, it seems that at least a large part of it is real.
To the point now where people and the ML community are saying she doesn't even know the father of her own child is due to the amount of guys she was fucking. It's all too ridiculous like I'm living in a movie.

I really don't know what to believe anymore.

OP can you PLEASE respond to my last PM to you that I sent you two day ago.

And like we see with a lot of WLs and MLs, the woman in this thread has clearly gone out of her way to lie and manipulate weak vulnerable men. . A parasite feeding off desperation.
Without a doubt, the original OP's experience (and, it seems, many others), they were scammed by the individual. She's a scammer. Like the recently reported escort who showed up, asked for money upfront, paid, she immediately left. Scammer. Like the punter who says he'll pay after, then doesn't because she didn't bat her eyes at him sufficiently. Scammer.

HOWEVER, saying "all", "most", even "a lot" of providers do the same... IME, no. It's clear I'm there to rent, not lease, not buy, so they don't bother.

Trying to buy affection, "love", relationships, loyalty... just doesn't seem to be a good bet. Someone walking into a casino, then complaining that he didn't win, lost all his money, even though the casino said "we have winners"... I don't blame the casino, even if a gambling addict. You have to understand the odds. If you're going to buy something, then you should know EXACTLY what it is you're purchasing. Caveat emptor has been around for a LONG time.

Even solicited requests... in my vocabulary, NO is rather prominent. Like I've said, extremely rare from providers, but from managers, colleagues, clients, friends, even family, certainly works. Perhaps some here haven't had kids.

I do have a bit of empathy for the victims. But the lonely old guy, the young'in who is too inexperienced to distinguish between love and sex... education is expensive, and being burnt is a life's lesson. Sometimes criminal, sometimes not.

For the ADHD afflicted (short answer): Yes.

For the literate: Yes, I believe the "family" line. For most, it's an assumption. For some, we've shared pictures. And for a few, I've visited.

I pay a service fee for services rendered. I don't give bags, gold, etc. What they do with the fees are up to them. But even IF I did give gifts(*), what she does with them are up to her. Just like with MY money, what I want to do with it is up to ME.

IME, as I've said repeatedly: you treat her as a person, she'll be a person. You respect her, she'll respect you. You're straight with her, she'll be straight with you. Why lie? No reason to. If it comes up at all, it's with regulars, and if she's a regular, there's a reason for that. YMMV, but mine, not so much.

*gifts: best of my recollection, T-shirts brought back from my country (ironically made in their country), what they did with them, NMB. Did buy a girl a birthday cake once: we ate it together. Bought some meals when we went out. Paid for some drinks when we went out. Paid for the cinema tickets when we went. Always bought groceries for dinner that they were cooking.

Vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes hangers, rice cooker, etc, etc, given away when I left. Some here no doubt thinking "simp", but for me, saved me time and money. Not worth to ship, couldn't be bothered to sell. Glad others could make use of them.

And finally, yes, once, an expensive pair of boots. Just because she looked damn fine in them when we went out. When it's non-receipted per diem and you don't eat Western ALL the time... discretionary funds. And it gave me an amusing memory; money well spent, at least for me.

As always fools and their money are easily parted.

A regular who knows I’m not interested in anything other than our regular meetings told me that she would consider a man for a relationship and possibly sponsor a PR but expects an upfront ‘gift’ of 200K to prove intent. Head shaking stuff.

It’s all about getting money. A lady I had seen a few times, very popular and well reviewed on here, sent me a text out of the blue asking if I would like to sponsor her upcoming holiday with a sum of $500. I doubt that was just sent to me and was part of a bulk message sent to whoever she had numbers for. That was easy to deal with. BLOCKED.

Walk away as soon as they ask for something above normal service charges.
