Plus, the world is simply not a black and white place, it's anything but, so anybody pushing "hey this is what this large group of people think/behave as a collective" is just talking BS.
I bet the girls from this small sample (assuming they are not a bot or bloke) would largely fall into girls that:
- don't even like the job/aren't suited/traumatised by a customer/need the money, and it's a kind of therapy to vent instead of simply leave the industry
I've seen this in the corporate world ... "I'm worth more, management sucks, this place is shit ...", but they never leave, since deep down they know they are lazy/useless but the complaining makes them feel good and they bond over it.
- girls that do like the majority of their clients and their job, but are venting over the inevitable bad experiences.
I honestly can't imagine any of the quality ones (J Ice, J Mio, J Aya and some privates I've seen etc.) wasting time trash-talking customers online.
Not Japanese related, but a similar unfounded view I've found on this thread, is the concept many punters being extremely naiive, thinking WLs love them, and their end-game is a WL falling in love with them and forming a relationship or whatever.
I mean WTF, the percent of blokes like that would be very low, so why bother going on about it so much, just a waste of time.
