Im in a similar boat with some of you.
When we first met wed fuck multiple times a week.
Once she got pregnant her sex drive dropped a bit plus started getting painful to have sex for her.
Once she had our daughter it got even worse plus being back on the pill destroyed what she had.

Brother I'm sorry for your situation, but if it's any consolation I have a very similar one myself and this is the first time I've read about someone else in a similar boat.
Same deal, went at it like rabbits in the start, life got in the way it slowed down , suddenly it became "Painful" , then had a kid so no one even thought about fucking for months due to exhaustion , now it's just not a topic anymore. I'd estimate once every few months, feels forced.

I’ve had a super dry run most of my married life. Had sex maybe 20 times over the last 13 years with my partner. For me it’s a case of having no physical attraction to the wife from the start. We spoke about it recently when she had an outburst on why I don’t reciprocate her advances, don’t cuddle, kiss etc. We have a great friend type relationship but no intimacy. I opened up fully and recently told her my true feelings. Weight off the chest but hurt her feelings real bad. Navigating the situation now with therapy about to start soon. I’ve been getting my sexual needs filled through other means this whole time. Mainly masturbation. Sometimes massages and the occasional FS.
