They have 2 rooms separated by a thick curtain and one room that is fully walled. If you go to the curtained-off rooms, you will hear everything.
Unfortunately, the last time I was there, some 12 months ago, the sound from behind the curtain was entirely the man's grunts. The girl with him didn't make any sound. It was really off-putting.
