Just remembered another shop called Khemika Thai Massage in Kogarah. Its call Thai massage but when I was there, there weren't any Thai ladies. The walls don't go up to the ceiling and the rooms are separated by a thin timber sheet. Judging by the sounds, more than a HJ was on offer. Just a bit further up the road is De Luck Thai Massage and the rooms are similar setup. Just a warning though, these shops have fully exposed entrances to busy streets.

Another one is True Thai in Dulwich hill but not sure if anything more than a HJ goes on here.
