    Point - Counterpoint

Do you do that too, or are you just taking advantage of the fact that this industry operates in a grey area and ignoring the issue?
It ain't Amazon. Partial refund if the package is unopened.

If you go to a bakery, order a loaf of sourdough, pick it up, take it home, cut a slice, taste it, then take the remaining loaf back to the bakery saying you want a partial refund because the crust's too hard... NOPE. It's not defective, it's just that YOU didn't like it.

So you expect her to be precognisant, know the chemistry isn't there, so stay home?

Unfortunately for you, the days of slavery are over master phanton. You should read the small print - a provider has the RIGHT to deny any service. If that displeases you, ABOUT FACE; FORWARD MARCH.

Everyone knows that reviews are like photos: fake, photo-shopped, accurate. But even an accurate, unbiased review is still ONE person's OPINION. You may, or may not agree. Only way to know for sure is for you to try. You don't like, fine, your opinion. No more, no less, valid than someone else's.

BTW - I looked, but really couldn't see any AR's with your handle on them. Just a LOT of questions and complaints.

Sounds like she wasn’t good at all. Girls who don’t offer a proper GFE, keep saying “don’t do this, don’t do that,” and don’t let you take the lead can be a real turn-off. $300 for 30 minutes is a lot for an Asian escort, especially when the service isn’t up to scratch. It’s a shame it’s so hard to find good service at a fair price.

Who were the other three you weren’t happy with?
    Seems like you're not only a one-way-street, but a potholed one-way-street.
Perhaps you don't understand the concept of RECIPROCITY.

WTF!!! No competition? No different options? Seems like you have tunnel vision. Plenty of options; just read 'how many threads' here? "But it's not exclusive, and I want exclusive". People in hell want ice water.

If the price is too much for you, you can always go to Yoko's, Belleview12. News flash - there are plenty of unhappy people in this world. That you're unhappy because you didn't get what you wanted on a punt... Life's a bitch, then you die.

You know what they say: fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on ME.

    Punters of the world, unite!
Right boys, grab your pitchforks, light those torches, man the barricades. Stand up for some whiny little boy who doesn't understand that disappointment is just the difference between his fantasy and reality.

I feel sorry for the ladies who have to put up with this whiny little boy. For all I know, he may be paying a whining surcharge.

Full disclosure: Never been to PCD, don't intend to go. Not my thing. Somehow, believe it or don't, I've found other places for my entertainment.

WTF? I don’t get what all the drama’s about. Cunt gets short-changed, the service is below average, she looks nothing like the photos, her breath smelt like a council tip, she starfished the whole sesh, her pussy reeked like a fish market, and the mamasan had the attitude of a rejected Indian punter..… that’s just life and it is what it is.

Sometimes you don’t get what you worked for, what you paid for, what you expected, or what you spent weeks fantasising about. That’s the gamble of punting.

Could’ve been worse.....Imagine copping an STD as a parting gift. Now that would’ve been a fucked day.

In terms of getting "punters of the world to stand up and unite"...good luck with that! No fucken hope in hell in pulling it off. Punting is a lone wolf sport and the only fucken way to pull this off is to arrange a gangbang and/or a bukkake party.

LOL - Leave it to Double_Adapter to see a silver lining...

Here's another one: there was no police raid, WITH TV news station camera crew, looking for underage sex-workers. "Gee officer, the ad said she was 20; how was I to know she was only 17?. Hey, get that camera out of my face!" "Not so fast, I'm Nick McKenzie; you are?"

Should Mamasan also offer a free 15 minute “try before you buy” for chemistry tests for every new girl. If she doesn’t instantly match your fantasy, full refund for petrol money plus apology letter.

The sex industry is like any other community. It is well reflected here: there is a silent majority who see the unfairness but prefer to avoid being judged for speaking up, and there is a small, vocal minority — often linked to the industry — who actively create the false impression that their views represent everyone.

It’s quite simple and easy to understand. When you enter the room, within the first few minutes you usually know whether a girl is not making an effort or is trying to turn you off. If you leave because of that, you should receive a full refund, just like in any other industry.

However, if you stay until the end of the service, then you shouldn’t be able to claim a refund. This approach would also discourage anyone from changing their attitude once they have received payment. It’s not difficult to understand!

Hey I totally get what you mean.
Same as going to a restaurant, ordering the steak, eating half of it, then deciding you actually wanted the burger and now you want a full refund plus a discount because the steak was “over your budget”.
Doesn’t work that way… which is exactly why PCD is shit, Lads team up don’t go there 😏

One of my mates does something similar
Orders a steak, eats it fully, and them complains to manager that steak was not cooked the way he wanted it, and gets offered discount when paying. We go here regularly, and it is always the restaurant he suggests to go when it's his time to pick lol

Eating steak at a restaurant is actually a good example. You order a steak, and when it arrives, you can inspect it and taste a small piece. If it is raw, burnt, or tastes bad, you can complain and usually get a refund or a replacement. You are not expected to finish half or the whole steak before proving it was bad.

On top of that, if the steak is disappointing, you might lose around $40 — not $450. When a service costs hundreds of dollars, the refund rules should be more balanced and provide stronger protection for clients because the financial risk is much higher.

Once you’re in the room, showered, naked and the session has started, it’s not a clean “taste test” anymore.
    Sounds ideal though.
If you know places ,drop the names that actually run on those rules, share them up. Lads will happily stop going to PCD overnight and go there instead

    1. The trouble with your solution is that there would be too many, especially Lookie-Lous, taking perishable time that cannot be recovered.

Seems you don't travel much. Airlines. You board, you don't like the cabin crew, you get off - good luck getting a refund. Hotels - refund only if cancellation is made 24 hours prior... Same with tours, cancelling because you don't like the tour guide's attitude... Even car rentals - sure, a LARGE corporation can "average out", but a small business... they wouldn't be in business long. And if they really had too many customers cancelling because of poor performance "cars", they'd be out of business.

Bottom line is, you're not paying her for sex, you're paying her for her time. And if you walk with your "solution", there's a good chance she cannot recover that lost money for that time. It's why airlines OVERBOOK.

    2. If you don't like their methodology, then simply patronize businesses where you can walk-in, view a line-up, and pay after.

    3. IME, across methodologies, girls want repeat business, a client list. Sure, you can mis-match with a girl every now and again, but if it keeps repeating with various girls... perhaps you're batting out of your league.

Don't gamble with money you can't afford to lose.

You've made your point. Now, like Yul told Eli:

Imagine if you were punting in QLD. We'd never hear the end of your whining.

Airlines, hotels, tours… none of them let you walk halfway through and demand a full refund because the “service” didn’t match your fantasy.
Yet somehow some blokes think this industry should run like a free sample counter.

It's not even halfway through - it's at the start. Airline - check-in - "nah, I'm not going to fly today". Hotels - check-in time - "nah, you can keep the room". Tours - OK, everyone get on the bus - "nah, I'm going elsewhere". Some require a deposit, others payment in full in advance. Good luck getting a refund, whether full fare or deposit. Key is, KNOW and UNDERSTAND the terms and conditions. It's a fucking business (ha, ha).

Yeah, same goes for businesses, hotels, airlines, tours and all that — if they don’t provide what they advertised, you’re entitled to a refund. If they refuse, you can take it up with Fair Trading.

No genuine punter would deny that the sex industry is a bit of a grey area, with some providers taking advantage and abusing it. If a girl tells you she offers a GFE and kissing, you agree, and then once you’re in the room she suddenly says “no” to this and “no” to that, that’s not what was advertised. That’s misleading, and you’d have grounds to ask for your money back.

Then why are you wasting your time here? According to you and your entitlements, seems you think it is the same, sex industry and others. I'd say the next stop for Phanton2026 is a complaint to the Fair Trading office.

But what IS missing here is HER side of the story.

GFE, kissing, even BBBJ -> CBJ, those are ticky-tack fouls not even called on the courts I play on. Major foul is LT becomes ST. For me, ALL are just taken as a "lesson learned" , and I simply take my business elsewhere. Like I said, I never gamble with money I can't afford to lose. And, I never bother with FOMO as there are just so many OTHER possibilities.

As the Old Knight said, "Choose wisely."

BTW: Have you ever had a girl friend (GFE, kissing)? Because maybe she is giving you one form of GFE, just not the one you were expecting... As for PSE... beware of Pre-Menstrual Syndrome Experience... Run, Forest, Run...

You seem to be like a dog with a bone hear champ. The reality of what you have just written is the WL may have done what was advertised in her mind but they were not what was advertised in your mind. And, either or, may not be the same thing in others minds. Your interpretation of GF experience and kissing is your interpretation. I am sure mine would differ. But I don't care what you think is important to me the same as I don't care what is important to you. There are no obligations in this game other than sex should be provided. You have bagged PCD in multiple threads to date and at least you are consist in that you are not getting value or service for your hard earned cash. Don't use them. Go somewhere else. And stop trying to bark at the moon here. It doesn't help others and it doesn't help you. Move on😎
