For a single guy I would suggest to get tinder passport now and start getting matches. Not sure about the scene now, but I lived in KL for few months in 2019 and being an average looking guy, even I had good luck with locals and expats. Regular girls very open to flings.

What was it like living in Malaysia? I may have an opportunity to live there for work
