Perhaps you've never been a contractor, a salesman, a marketeer. The methodology you describe would seem to fit a lot of jobs. But perhaps you're just used to paying MSRP? Half the fun of shopping in world bazaars is sitting down, having a glass of chi, and discussing price.

But, being a nice guy, I am willing to sell a pair of those special glasses that allow you to see the bg's/bfl/mp prices stamped on their foreheads in invisible ink. No discussion needed.

Actually, you seem to think that women who sell their bodies are just a product.
Most financial transactions involve the sale and purchase of products and/or services, but with sex it is not just a service but the woman's own body in a very intimate way, which makes this a very different ballgame.
