I don't make double booking but I forgot specific girl has booking that specific time and give her job stupidly. I know... i had only one job...,., I personally write numbers and time on paper so i don;t forget but i forget eventually when it's heaps busy. maybe that's why i am not the best receptionist ㅎㅎㅎ it's just because my clumsiness and i need to beg to customer until my hands become powder, that's actually what only I can do. please forgive my clumsiness!!! ... but never book double on purpose, because I don't want people blame me.
oh PS we don't manage 485 rockdale since April? May?? please forgive us if it happened before that.
